Finally clicked on the link sent by dayre to download my post, I did it on 21st Feb.

So I’m now in queue to export! Not sure how long it’d take though.

I’m still not sure if I’d wanna try Steller, but definitely will be exporting to wp as backup.

Cho 6 was Kayden’s overdued 2.5yo check up at KK.

I strapped him up in the car seat and off we went to the clinic. He was super cooperative la.

He weighs 12.6kg and is 94cm tall.

Weight is stagnant now cos he is picky eater le. Hoping he’d like his food as he grows older.

For dinner we went for Japanese food just the 3 of us before yum cha with my side of the family.

Valentine’s Day & CNY Eve

Gonna update Chor 1 to Chor 4 in one day!

But before that I’d post about Vday & 除夕夜

Hubs came back to have valentines dinner with me.

No fancy celebrations cos both of us very practical. We just went for a quick dinner at Mama Kim.

Gor gor can be so ganas at times, despite us telling him to Sayang didi he sometimes still disturbs Kayzer. I dunno why also la.

Tze Hymn came back to 外婆家 for his first reunion lunch.

So cooperative these two! Let us eat lunch in peace 😄

As always reunion dinner is prepared by my dad. It has been a few year already. I must say he has improved over the years hehehe. So good to enjoy a meal with the Chins.

Usually in the past on 年初一 we would attend morning service before going for visitation. This year was different because we had to visit my FIL’s sister in Sg Long.

Happy Chinese New Year fellow Dayreans 🎊

I still choose to update this space although they’ve announced that it will close down end of the month!

Like many, I started using Dayre when I first delivered my son Kayden. It’s a perfect platform for me to write down my struggles and journey as a mom. I read about how other moms cope with their baby, family and work. Received support and tips from many mom friends.

Will definitely miss this platform huhu 😭

Last Friday we had 收工酒 with some colleagues! Pay out of own pocket and not by the company lol

Ant brought our boy for a swim a few days ago at the sports centre, first time there.

My boy hardly goes swimming because my in laws always worries that he will catch a cold haha, now that he is older they close one eye.

Still not a big fan of pools

Officially old enough to snack on some CNY cookies. Previous years he was still too young to have any.

Looking all happy and contented that we offered him “muruku”.

Still holding off dried meat since it’s processed food, the closest he got to having it was a lick lol 😆

On Sunday we attended Ant’s nephew’s fullmoon party. This baby here got comfortable and fell asleep on the bounceRoo haha.

Love love love the food that night, I ate so much especially the Hakka Yam Abacus Beads dish, more popularly known as 算盘子😋

I was surprised to receive a postcard addressed to me hehe because usually they are for my boys

My caring younger sister was super sweet to give me a bottle of vitamin C after i shared in our family watsapp group that I was in need of vitamin boost! So blessed la. According to her this bottle here cost RM100 😮

I think I have athlete foot, the skin is dry and itchy. I popped two blisters yesterday at the sole of my foot because of the pain huhu.

Freezer is stuffed for CNY dinner!

This morning MIL and I found out that the freezer door wasn’t closed properly. The night before she put in frozen chicken and shut it closed but maybe because it’s too full it “弹开” 😭

milk thawed and a lot turned to liquid. No choice but to throw them away as Kayzer can’t finish them in time anyways.

Thankful that this time round I have enough milk for baby, so I wasn’t so upset seeing my milk go to waste.

At 3mo he is still not happy during tummy time. Lazy to lift up his head higher lol 🤣

Kayzer’s 3mo check up

Last Sunday evening Ant brought us to mytown so that PiL could do some shopping for cny clothes. Kayzer was so well behaved the entire time. Slept all the way there and didn’t fuss in the mall.

Kayzer weighs 5.89kg and is 61cm long at 3mo. My champion didn’t cry when he got the jab

SIL brought her boy to see a dr yesterday and he is already 5.6kg 🤣 so very soon Tze Hymn will overtake Kayzer haha

Left the baby in the cot for 10mins the other day, he moved from horizontal position to vertical 😂

A few people have told me that Kayzer looks like me 🤔 but I don’t see any resemblance.

This boy easily gets distracted during feeding time, milk intake is on the low side le. Especially so when gorgor Kayden makes lots of noise! his cousin bro Tze Hymn drinks more than him now and he is only turning 1mo this Saturday…oppsss

So yesterday I got my dad to babysit my first born.

On Sunday night we went to the mall to shop for CNY clothes. Managed to get 2 dresses but not in red colour. Gotta check out other malls.

It was another cheat day for Kayden cos we bought him ice cream.

He has a sweet tooth like me 😜

Couldn’t hear the alarm ring again…sweat! Supposed to wake up at 3:15am but only woke up when the surau started prayers at 6am huhu.

Kayzer can sleep for 4-6hours on some nights 🙌
